WYNAND VOGELChef Wynand Vogel is a Dutch national that has been in the culinary arts and competition for over 40 years. Trained in Holland as a chef, pastry and bakery cook with many certificates in the culinary Profession, after a few years cooking in various hotels and restaurant he graduated with the Master diploma in culinary Arts. He then open various well known restaurants where he became the most awarded Master Chef in Holland, he also worked part time for H.R.H. the Queen of the Netherlands and was awarded with many other diplomas and achievements.
Today Chef Wynand Vogel is the head inspector of the Culinary Guild and has joined the guild of skilled professionals, that will teach and pass one there experiences and knowledge to the younger generations of chef. He’s trips brought all over the world such as: Mauritius, South Africa, Belgium, Thailand, Surinam, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Cyprus, Finland, India, Russia, Egypt, Mexico, Romania, Lithuania, Ukraine and Hungary to name a few
As a WACS approved judge he has been judging since 1990 in the following contest and competitions: England, Serbia, Estonia, Germany, Iceland, Russia, France, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Holland, Dubai, Greece and Italy. Recently he act as the head judge for the Europe Central Championship (Global Chef) in Budapest 2007, the Europe Middle Championship (Global Chef) Tallinn 2007, and then in the World Championship (Global Chef) Dubai 2008.
He is still the team manager for the Dutch National, Junior and military culinary teams since the early 90th till today!
Chef Wynand has been honored with life time memberships from, The Dutch Association of ChefCooks, the All Japanese Cooks Association, the South Africans Chefs Association, the Cuban Chefs Association and in 1996 by the WACS World Association of Chefs Societies
