URSURS ROHRBACH

Urs Rohrback a native Swiss that started he’s apprentisheship on the Lake of Thun in the heart of a well known tourism area.

He's working pats brout him to various places in Switzerland and the hee took over hes family business and run it for many years very sucessfully, during this time he trained himself in the mastery of Bakery and Pastry work, wher he graduated with diploma form the world famous Bakery school in luzern in 1996.

After he’s gradueation he wants to explore the wolrd more and came to bangkok as pastry chef for the Sofitel Central Plaza Hotel, he took a short period for an opening of a new Hotel in Hongkong, but came back after 2 years to work for Thai International Catering for over 6 years.

Now Chef Urs is the head of the pastry and bakery production at the Millinum Hilton hotel here in Bangkok.

He’s interest in Pastry arts as brought him as judge in various local and regional contests, as he’s experiences and passion on the pastry and bakery has never stopped.
