Professor Bill Sy, Academic Director of Culinary Arts and Management at the Art Institute of Tucson, Arizona, USA. He is a candidate of Dr. in Education Leadership, a veteran of MBA, a certified executive chef, member of the American Academy Chefs, Life Time Achievement of Herman Hush Award and Escoffier Achievement Medal winner.
Professor Sy has received Chef of the Year in Phoenix, Arizona in 1998, Educator of the Year, Professionalism Award of the Year, Culinarian of Year, Presidential Medallion and many others during the past ten years. He has published more than 45 articles and has appeared on televisions and medias in the U.S. and overseas. Professor Sy has also lectured in numerous professional organizations, colleges and high schools on more than 50 occasions.
Professor Sy is also an international culinary judge. He has judged the World Culinary Contest in Taipei in 2007, Penang Battle of Chefs in Malaysia in 2009, and the Creative Culinary Competition in June 2009 and many more domestic competitions in U.S.
