Alessandro Haab a Swiss born native, been working in Switzerland the past 30 years with a vast experience in the culinary field. He has been working in various large establishments mainly in Switzerland, with up to over 17 different restaurants employing over 370 staff. He has now relocated to Thailand since 2006, but has been here for over the past 10 years annually. Chef Alessandro is today the Manager of he’s own culinary consulting company, that advises international restaurant owner in Thailand.

He’s experiences in culinary competitions dates back to 1981 were he won he’s first regional competition. He has been a member of the Swiss national culinary team for over 4 years, as well the culinary trainer of the Luxembourg National team. He and he’s Swiss culinary team became 3 times in a row world culinary champions back in 1989 – 1992. He gains more and more knowledge over the year and has been the Chairman of the Jury for the prestigious culinary world cup for the past 4 competitions in Luxembourg.

He has been calling up judging for the past 15 years in many international contests, as the Culinary World cup, Culinary Olympics and many more.

Since he is now based in Bangkok, he’s goal is to help and train the Thai culinariens into the international levels of culinary competitions.
